We recently closed the sale of our home in the Breckenridge Mountain Village subdivision and were very satisfied with the results of the sale. We received superior and very professional support from Jan Leopold in a sales process that turned out to be far more complicated than originally expected. Jan was our ‘transaction broker’, having brought us a suitable party who turned out to be very interested in our home. She negotiated skillfully to achieve an agreeable deal to both parties, in a situation where the buyers were also selling a local condo and planned a ‘1031 exchange’. Because owner financing was involved, we needed guidance on how to best write the sales contract to protect our interests, and Jan was willing to work with us and the title company to address issues and achieve a satisfactory resolution.

Jan again used her negotiating skills to guide both parties to agreement on issues raised at inspection, and when an unexpected serious problem arose just before the closing, she displayed great persistence, resourcefulness, and people-skills in devising a deal-saving solution acceptable to both sides.
